If you often feel down about yourself or tend to beat yourself up over professional issues or issues at home, join Coach Wendy Reed for a complimentary, workshop-style 1-hour virtual lunch-n-learn designed to help you permanently look at yourself through a more positive and effective lens.

Wendy makes a research-based case that self-criticism; self-doubt; second-guessing; negative comparisons; and shame are based on patterned lies and limited truths served up by a brain function operating on over-protective autodrive.  And unfortunately, instead of protecting us, it sabotages us -- our sense of self, our peace of mind, our relationship with others, our ability to perform our best at work.

Built on the tenets of the research-based Positive Intelligence mental fitness model and incorporating body awareness techniques, this Webinar will help you shift how you react when your Inner Critic pipes up, and begin to tamp it down.

  2. Interrupt and distance yourself from its "judgy" thoughts and the feelings it generates
