Service Description

The Discovery Session can serve as a standalone or as a foundation of our coaching. If we never coach another day, you'll find the Discovery Session a great opportunity to learn more about yourself. We'll identify the ingredients you need in your life to give it spark, look at your specific "saboteur" patterns that get you stuck, explore your starting place with your life satisfaction, and begin identifying goals that excite you.
